TREATMENT: Hypertension medication. Glucometer. Diabetes medication

OUTCOME: We prescribed Rahi hypertension medication. We explained to him the instructions regarding the medication. We also showed him how to check his blood sugar, and explained to him why monitoring his blood sugar is important. He said he understood. We will continue to monitor his medications and his health. We will also provide him with routine blood tests.
